A very warm welcome to our school website. I am very proud to be the Headteacher of Lostwithiel Primary School where we have an amazing team of talented, dedicated staff and energetic, enthusiastic and happy children. Our school is committed to safeguarding children with the health, safety and emotional well-being of every child being our main priorities. Our aim is that children will thrive during their time with us, in a happy and safe environment and reach their full potential through experiencing a stimulating curriculum and wide range of extracurricular activities.

What's new?
What a fantastic Year 6 residential to Bristol and Bath! Pupils visited the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, SS Great Britain, M-Shed, Bristol Aquarium and Wake the Tiger. A fun packed 3 days! Thank you to our amazing staff team who go above and beyond to make this happen for our brilliant pupils.

If you are interested, please contact the school office on 01208 872339 for a bespoke tour of nursery and beautiful outdoor spaces. Alternatively, come along to our Monday morning sessions this half term. All are welcome!

What a smashing few days at Porthpean Outdoor Centre. Just fantastic from start to finish! Our instructors were so complimentary about our pupils and we're incredibly proud of how they conducted themselves around the campsite and in all activities, showing teamwork, resilience and perseverance. Well done Team Losty and Happy Half Term!

An amazing afternoon out on the water! We've been so fortunate to receive free sailing lessons for our pupils in Year 4, 5 and 6 this summer and our first outing was just fantastic. Thank you so much to Fowey Gallants Sailing Club for this opportunity.
